Q. How is the score decided?
A. AI (Claude) looks at the photo and scores it from 1 to 100 based on the eyes, expression, coat condition, overall proportions, and cuteness. It's a subjective AI judgment, not a quantitative algorithm — this service is meant purely for fun.
Q. What does "Top X%" mean?
A. It shows where your pet's score ranks compared to every pet submitted so far. A smaller number is better (Top 1% = the very best, Top 99% = the bottom).
Q. How are the grades (SSS-F) divided?
A. By top percentile: SSS (1%) · SS (5%) · S (10%) · A (20%) · B (35%) · C (50%) · D (65%) · E (80%) · F (99%). Don't be too upset by a low grade — the AI's comments are always designed to stay warm and affectionate.
Q. How is my photo used?
A. If you only analyze it and don't add it to the gallery, it stays private. If you register it to the gallery with your pet's name, the photo, name, and AI comment become publicly visible. See our Terms of Use for details.
Q. Can I analyze a photo that isn't a dog or cat?
A. No. If the photo doesn't clearly show a dog or cat (e.g. it's just a human face, or there's no pet at all), the analysis will be rejected.
Q. Will I get the same score if I upload the same photo again?
A. It'll be similar, but not necessarily identical. The AI judges the photo fresh each time, so there can be small variations.
Q. What should I do if I see inappropriate content?
A. Tap the "Report" button on the post's card. Once a post accumulates enough reports, it's automatically hidden.
